Amends KRS 342.908 to redirect annual special fund assessments from member funds of the Kentucky group self-insurance fund to the group fund for calendar years 2027 and 2028

Requires member funds to pay their annual special fund assessment amounts to the group fund instead of the Division of Workers' Compensation Funds, specifically to satisfy outstanding workers' compensation claims

Applies to members or former members of the Kentucky group self-insurance fund assessed on or after January 1, 2026, for liabilities incurred during their membership

Member funds must follow the existing payment schedule under KRS 342.122(2)(a) and (b) and notify the division of assessments paid

Temporary measure that expires after December 31, 2028, after which normal special fund assessment procedures resume
