Amends KRS 205.522 to expand the list of insurance statutes that Medicaid, managed care organizations, and the state medical assistance program must comply with, adding references to KRS 304.12-237 and multiple provisions in KRS 304.17A

Requires the Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) to comply with KRS 304.12-237, which relates to pharmacist service reimbursements

Mandates the Cabinet for Health and Family Services or Department for Medicaid Services to request necessary federal authorization within 90 days if a state plan amendment or waiver is needed to implement the changes

Allows implementation to be delayed only for provisions requiring federal approval, and only until such approval is granted

Provides specific statutory authorization under KRS 205.5372(1) for the changes made in the act
