Private landowners would be exempt from state creel limits, possession limits, size limits, and method-of-take restrictions for fish in their own lakes or ponds

Landowners could extend these fishing exemptions to others through written or electronic permission specifying dates and pond location

Private landowners would be exempt from state stocking requirements for their lakes and ponds, except for restrictions on invasive fish species

Largemouth bass (except Alabama bass) would be explicitly classified as non-invasive, and no restrictions would apply to stocking first filial (F1) largemouth bass

Amends KRS 150.170 to add these new exemptions for bona fide owners of private land
