Adds new exclusion from mandatory reentry supervision for inmates previously convicted of two or more offenses that would classify them as violent offenders under KRS 439.3401

Adds new exclusion for inmates with maximum or close security classification as defined by department administrative regulations

Removes the six-month waiting period requirement for inmates recommitted to prison for probation, parole, or conditional discharge violations—such inmates are now categorically excluded from mandatory reentry supervision

Changes annual reporting requirement from a one-time 2015 report to ongoing annual reports due by February 1 each year to the Legislative Research Commission
