Grants the Kentucky Horse Park Commission president authority to eject or exclude individuals whose participation in Olympic, Paralympic, or equestrian sports has been restricted by the United States Center for SafeSport

Allows the president to remove any person who engages in conduct that would negatively impact the safety and security of park attendees

Adds regulatory authority for the commission to promulgate administrative regulations to exercise these new ejection and exclusion powers

Amends KRS 148.280 governing the Kentucky Horse Park's operations and commission powers
