Establishes the "vaping settlement trust fund" in the State Treasury, administered by the Office of the Attorney General

Fund receives all proceeds from settlements, judgments, or bankruptcy proceedings against Juul Labs Inc. received on or after August 1, 2026, excluding litigation/investigative fees awarded to the Attorney General

Money must be used exclusively by the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Program within the Department for Public Health for youth vaping prevention and cessation efforts

Funds must be distributed at least annually and do not lapse at the end of a fiscal year, carrying forward to the next year
