Requires all local law enforcement agencies and the Kentucky State Police to enter written agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) under Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

Mandates participation in the Jail Enforcement Model, which authorizes officers to identify and process removable aliens in jails or detention facilities who have pending or active criminal charges

Mandates participation in the Task Force Model, which authorizes officers to enforce limited immigration authority during routine police duties

Mandates participation in the Warrant Service Officer Model, which authorizes officers to serve and execute administrative warrants on removable aliens in custody

Creates a new section of KRS Chapter 61 establishing these requirements as state law
