Directs Kentucky state agencies to implement policies supporting healthy lifestyles and evidence-based nutrition interventions in health and medical education for students and professionals

Establishes a pilot program through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) to provide certification-ready training to approximately 24,000 healthcare professionals (10% of Kentucky's healthcare workforce) and foundational lifestyle medicine training to approximately 1,000 educators (2% of Kentucky educators)

Requires the Department for Public Health to coordinate a $6,262,000 funding agreement by August 1, 2026, with ACLM contributing $5,300,000 (85%) and stakeholders/partners contributing $962,000 (15%)

Directs the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure to coordinate with the Kentucky Association of Naturopathic Physicians on a licensure pathway for naturopathic physicians to practice in the Commonwealth

Mandates progress reports to the General Assembly by December 1, 2026, and December 1, 2027, from the Board of Medical Licensure, Board of Nursing, Department of Education, and Department for Public Health
