Honors Blake Burnett from Bell County High School as the 2026 recipient of the Wallace "Wah Wah" Jones Award, presented annually since 2014 to Kentucky's outstanding high school senior multi-sport athlete who excels academically and in community service

Football achievements include nearly 4,300 passing yards, 48 touchdowns, 28 career interceptions (third in Kentucky high school history), and leading the Bobcats to a 46-9 record with two regional championships

Basketball accomplishments include being the Bobcats' all-time leading scorer with over 2,000 career points and leading the team to a 27-7 record with a 52nd District championship

Baseball contributions include 250 career strikeouts and 92 career hits as a four-year starter beginning in 8th grade

Academic record includes a 4.2 GPA, top 10 class ranking, and 40 college credit hours earned
