Kentucky Senate resolution adjourning in honor and memory of Leonard "Len" Marion Spalding, Jr., who was born in 1935 in Springfield, Kentucky, and passed away on October 28, 2025

Spalding served as past president and CEO of J.P. Morgan Chase and was a founding member of Glenview Trust Company in Louisville

Recognized for extensive service to Bellarmine College, including Trustee Emeritus status, Knight of Knights award (2009), and honorary doctoral degree with his wife Susan (2017)

Served on multiple boards including Springfield-Washington County Economic Development Authority, Investment Company Institute Board of Governors, and Catholic Education Foundation of the Archdiocese of Louisville

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Senator Jimmy Higdon for delivery to the family
