Bradley holds a bachelor's degree in dentistry from University College Cork (Ireland), a master's in orthodontics from The Ohio State University, and a doctorate in dentistry from the University of Bern (Switzerland)

Joined the University of Louisville in 2016 as dean of the School of Dentistry, later serving as executive vice president for academic affairs and university provost

Previously served at Marquette University as chair and professor of developmental sciences and associate dean of research and graduate studies

Credited with improving first-year student retention rates, increasing overall enrollment, and launching new academic programs at the University of Louisville
