Acknowledges the systematic killing of over 8,000 Bosniak victims in Srebrenica, recognized as genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia

Honors Kentucky's Bosnian immigrant community, many of whom are survivors or descendants of survivors who fled the 1990s war and ethnic cleansing

Promotes genocide awareness, educational efforts, and commitment to preventing future atrocities

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit a copy of the resolution to Senator Mike Wilson
