Amends R.S. 33:2740.70(B) to update the boundaries of the Gentilly Development District by replacing references to "Robert E. Lee Boulevard" with "Allen Toussaint Boulevard"

Adds a new area to the district bounded by I-10 to the west, I-10 and I-610 to the north, Peoples Avenue south to Almonaster Avenue to the east, and Florida Avenue to the south

Becomes effective upon signature by the governor or upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
