Amends R.S. 28:53(G)(7)(b)(i) governing emergency certificate procedures for involuntary mental health admissions in St. Tammany Parish

Removes the previous requirement that only a psychiatrist, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, or psychologist could conduct the initial in-person examination before a telehealth emergency certificate examination

Now requires only that the initial examination be made in person by a psychiatrist, without specifying other qualifying professionals

Applies specifically to situations where the coroner or deputy coroner conducts the emergency certificate examination via telehealth
