Allows bail bond sureties to file proof of a defendant's deportation with the clerk of court at any time before the defendant fails to appear or within 180 days after a warrant notice is sent

Permits the surety or court to request a contradictory hearing to establish proof of deportation if the surety cannot obtain documentation

Fully discharges and relieves the surety of all bail bond obligations if the court determines the defendant has been deported

Adds new subsection (M) to Code of Criminal Procedure Article 331 governing discharge of bail obligations
