Amends Code of Criminal Procedure Article 334 to require clerks of court to send arrest warrant notices within 60 days of a defendant's failure to appear

Expands notice recipients to include the prosecuting attorney, defendant, bail agent or bondsman, personal surety, and commercial surety

Allows bail agents or bondsmen to opt into electronic notification by filing a "Notice of Electronic Notification Opt In" form with the clerk of court

Requires notices to commercial sureties to include the power of attorney number used to execute the bail undertaking, though omission does not affect judgment validity

Releases sureties from all bail undertaking obligations if the clerk fails to send required notices to commercial sureties and opted-in agents/bondsmen within the 60-day window
