Authorizes the commissioner of administration to transfer approximately 1,400 acres of dried lake bed in Webster and Bienville Parishes to current record title holders, covering areas above the ordinary high water mark and below the 148.6 foot contour line

Authorizes transfer of three tracts totaling approximately 0.81 acres in Webster Parish to Mark Alan Dean and Amy Redden Dean

Authorizes transfer of two tracts totaling approximately 0.84 acres in Webster Parish to Mark Jason Woods and Jennifer Michelle Woods

State retains all mineral rights for all property transfers authorized under this act

All transfers require consideration proportionate to the appraised value of the property; effective upon governor's signature
