Increases the maximum number of therapy supportive personnel a physical therapist can supervise from five to six individuals

Eliminates previous subcategory limits that restricted supervision to no more than four physical therapist assistants/technicians, two provisional licensees, and five students

Removes the requirement for documented conferences between supervising physical therapists and physical therapist assistants that previously had to occur every sixth treatment day or every 30 days

Extends the interval for required patient treatment and reassessment by the supervising physical therapist from every sixth treatment day to every twelfth treatment day (or every 30 days, whichever occurs first)

Updates terminology from "beeper or telephone" to "telecommunication" for accessibility requirements between supervising physical therapists and patients/assistants
