Authorizes the commissioner of administration to lease approximately 8 acres of state-owned water bottom property in the Laketown area north of Kenner, on the south shore of Lake Pontchartrain in Jefferson Parish

Designates the Kenner Laketown Area Development Corporation as the lessee, with the property currently part of Office of State Lands Lease #1298

Limits the lease term to a maximum of 99 years

Reserves all mineral rights to the state, excluding them from the lease

Requires lease consideration proportionate to the appraised value of the property
