LA HB200

Establishes a specific composition for parish executive committees of recognized political parties in East Baton Rouge Parish: one member elected from each of the 12 councilmanic districts plus five members elected at-large

Adds ex officio members including legislative delegation members representing East Baton Rouge Parish who are registered party members, or their designees

Adds statewide elected officials, Public Service Commission members, and State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education members who are registered voters in East Baton Rouge Parish and party members as ex officio members

Ex officio members and their designees have full voting rights, count toward quorum, and hold the same privileges and responsibilities as elected members

Designees must meet the same qualifications as elected members, and ex officio members may be removed for establishing residence outside the parish, felony conviction, or changing party registration
