Prohibits the Commissioner of Conservation from limiting maximum surface injection pressure for saltwater disposal wells in Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, Red River, and Webster Parishes to less than 0.5 pounds per vertical foot between the surface and injection point

Applies to all rules, regulations, orders, or permits issued by the department for saltwater disposal wells in these six northwest Louisiana parishes

Allows operators with existing permits that have injection pressure limits below 0.5 pounds per vertical foot to request permit modifications to comply with the new minimum standard

Amends R.S. 30:4(C)(16)(c) and adds new subsection (d) to existing law governing the Commissioner of Conservation's regulatory authority over disposal wells
