Board of Ethics and Supervisory Committee on Campaign Finance Disclosure must broadcast live all public meeting proceedings via internet or television

All meetings must be recorded and archived on the Board of Ethics website for at least two years

Meetings must be held in state-owned or state-leased facilities already equipped with broadcasting capabilities

State agencies and political subdivisions are required to cooperate in providing suitable meeting locations and equipment

Technological failures beyond the public body's control do not constitute violations; executive sessions remain exempt from broadcast requirements
