Amends R.S. 26:351 to modify shipping case requirements for distilled spirits, changing fixed container-per-case numbers to maximum limits (e.g., "12" becomes "not more than 12") for sizes including 1.00 liters, 750ml, 700ml, 375ml, 200ml, and 100ml containers.

Adds 700 milliliters as a permitted container size for distilled spirits with not more than 12 containers per case.

Exempts package spirit-based beverages with alcohol content below 6% from the distilled spirits container-per-case requirements.

Updates wine shipping requirements similarly, changing fixed numbers to maximums for 3-liter (not more than 6), 1.5-liter (not more than 6), 1-liter (not more than 12), 750ml (not more than 12), and 200ml (not more than 48) containers.

Adds 200 milliliters as a permitted wine container size with not more than 48 containers per case.
