Board of Ethics must broadcast live all public meetings, including when functioning as the Supervisory Committee on Campaign Finance Disclosure, via internet or television

Recorded meetings must be archived on the Board of Ethics website and available to the public for at least two years

Broadcast requirements do not apply to executive sessions, investigations, or private hearings held under the Open Meetings Law

Technological failures beyond the board's control do not constitute violations of the broadcast requirement

Effective January 1, 2026; the board must use state-owned or leased meeting spaces with existing broadcasting capabilities
