Creates the "Asbestos Trust Claims Transparency And Over-Naming Act" requiring claimants in asbestos lawsuits to file all available asbestos trust claims and provide sworn statements with detailed exposure information within 30 days of filing suit

Requires claimants to disclose trust claim materials from all connected law firms, including claim forms, medical records, work history, exposure allegations, and settlement documents to all parties in the litigation

Allows defendants to seek discovery directly from asbestos trusts and prohibits claimants from asserting privilege or confidentiality to block such discovery

Permits defendants to move the court at least 60 days before trial to require claimants to file additional trust claims the defendant believes should have been filed, with trial delayed 90 days if ordered

Provides for dismissal without prejudice against any defendant not specifically identified in required disclosures, or against all defendants if claimant fails to comply with disclosure requirements
