Adds a new exception to Louisiana's homestead exemption from seizure, allowing condominium associations to seize property for unpaid or accelerated assessments

Applies only to assessments collected regularly by associations subject to the Louisiana Condominium Act

Assessments covered are those used for protection, improvement, and maintenance of common elements and associated property

Amends R.S. 20:1(C) by adding paragraph (9) to the list of debts excluded from homestead protection
