Amends R.S. 13:5554(S) to modify insurance premium payment rules for Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office retirees, with coverage for group hospital, surgical, medical expense, and life insurance paid from the sheriff's general fund

Maintains 100% premium coverage for sheriffs and deputy sheriffs who retired prior to December 31, 2012, if they have 24+ years of service at age 55 or 30 years of continuous service regardless of age

Establishes tiered premium coverage for those retiring on or after December 31, 2012: 100% for 30 years of service, 75% for 27 years at age 55, and 50% for 23 years at age 55

Creates new provisions effective January 1, 2025, allowing retirees who earned a majority of creditable service with Franklin Parish but retired from any Louisiana sheriff's office, the Louisiana Sheriff's Association, or the Louisiana Sheriff's Pension and Relief Fund to receive the same tiered premium benefits

Creditable days of full-time service shall be determined by the Louisiana Sheriff's Pension and Relief Fund
