Amends Louisiana's Preservation of Religious Freedom Act to prohibit government from imposing restrictions on churches or places of worship that are more severe than restrictions placed on secular businesses, services, or assemblies

Protects licensed places of worship from government restrictions on building use based on day of week, type of religious instruction, mother's day out programs, homeschool/nonpublic school group meetings, Vacation Bible Schools, and Bible Camps

Expands definition of "exercise of religion" to include freedom of worship in churches under Article XII, Section 17 of the Louisiana Constitution adopted in 2023

Clarifies that "compelling state interest" includes protecting children's best interest, health, safety, and welfare, and preserves enforcement of criminal law provisions

Allows persons whose religious exercise is burdened to seek remedies including injunctive relief, actual damages, attorney fees, and court costs, with a one-year statute of limitations for damage claims
