Amends TOPS scholarship eligibility requirements to apply the 20-unit core curriculum to students graduating from 2027-2028 through 2029-2030 school years, with TOPS-Tech eligibility extended to students graduating before 2030-2031.

Repeals Section 6(A) and (D) of Act No. 211 of 2024, which had established earlier implementation timelines for computer science requirements.

Allows computer science to count as math and science credits for high school career majors beginning with students entering 9th grade in 2025-2026.

Requires one of the nine Jump Start courses for career majors to be computer science for students entering 9th grade in 2027-2028 and thereafter, unless computer science fulfills a math or science credit.

Mandates all public high schools provide computer science instruction starting 2026-2027, with the one-credit computer science graduation requirement applying to students entering 9th grade in 2027-2028.
