Adds the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries to the list of agencies exempt from mandatory public records disclosure for investigative and law enforcement records under R.S. 44:3

Removes "witness to" from the list of persons whose names must be disclosed in initial law enforcement reports, meaning witness identities are no longer required to be made public

Retains the requirement to disclose names of suspects charged with or arrested for alleged offenses in initial reports, unless protected by other federal or state law

Amends Louisiana's Public Records Law (R.S. 44:3) governing what information prosecutive, investigative, and law enforcement agencies must release
