Excludes test scores and data from teacher/administrator evaluations for any student with 10 or more absences (excused or unexcused, consecutive or non-consecutive) in any school semester, expanding the previous exclusion which applied only to unexcused absences

Prohibits credit recovery, academic credit, and attendance credit from being considered as factors in evaluations when a student has 10 or more absences

Maintains existing evaluation structure where 50% of teacher/administrator evaluations are based on student achievement growth, with value-added assessment data comprising 35% of the overall evaluation

Amends R.S. 17:3902(B)(5) governing Louisiana's teacher and administrator evaluation program
