Secretary of state must publish a revised Louisiana Election Code on the state website within 30 days of receiving it from the legislature after any session that changes the Code

Within 90 days after legislative session adjournment, secretary of state must publish links to each enacted bill affecting the Election Code, along with effective dates, keywords, and one-liner descriptions

Secretary of state website must include links to the legislature's bill information page for public access to full text and résumé digests of election law changes

Effective upon governor's signature or upon expiration of the signing period if not signed
