Manufacturers offering unlisted products for sale face $1,000 daily fines per product until removed from market or properly listed; other violations result in $500 fines per offense

Sale, possession, or transportation of unlisted vapor or alternative nicotine products subjects dealers to the same penalties as operating without a valid permit, with each unit constituting a separate violation
