Requires all Louisiana state agency secretaries and agency heads to abolish all diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, offices, positions, and employee performance requirements to the maximum extent allowable by law

Defines DEI as any program, activity, policy, or initiative that classifies individuals based on race, color, sex, national origin, culture, gender identity, or sexual orientation, or promotes differential treatment based on these classifications

Mandates revision of all DEI-related rules and practices to comply with the abolition requirements

Requires agency heads to submit written compliance reports to the commissioner of administration by December 31, 2025

Commissioner of administration must submit a summary report with recommendations for further action to the governor and House/Senate governmental affairs committees by February 1, 2026
