Amends the crime of coerced abortion to require "knowing" rather than "intentional" conduct, and expands it to cover threats intended to compel any pregnant woman (not just threats against her person) to undergo an abortion against her will

Defines physical force, control, or intimidation to include battery, assault, simple kidnapping, false imprisonment, and extortion

Adds a new category to Louisiana's extortion statute: threats intended to compel a pregnant woman to have an abortion

Adds "a threat to do any other harm" as a new general category of conduct constituting extortion

Penalties for coerced abortion: fine up to $5,000, imprisonment with or without hard labor for up to 5 years, or both
