Re-creates the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and all statutory entities within it, effective June 30, 2025

Continues the department's statutory authority pursuant to R.S. 49:193 and Part XII of Chapter 1 of Title 49 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes

Sets July 1, 2027 as the new termination date for all statutory authority for the department's existence, unless re-created again before that date

Repeals R.S. 49:191(4)(a) and enacts R.S. 49:191(1)(o) to update the statutory termination schedule
