Establishes the Uterine Fibroids Commission within the Louisiana Department of Health, Office on Women's Health and Community Health, domiciled in Baton Rouge

Commission comprises 13 members including representatives from healthcare organizations (Christus, Ochsner, Our Lady of the Lake, Woman's Hospital), nursing and public health schools, the Louisiana Hospital Association, two individuals living with uterine fibroids/PCOS/endometriosis, and legislative members

Functions include advising the governor and LDH on uterine fibroids, polycystic ovary syndrome, and endometriosis; reviewing state regulations on prevention and treatment; and making policy recommendations for public health monitoring and research

Commission must hold quarterly public meetings and submit annual written reports to Senate and House health and welfare committees at least 60 days before each regular session

Members serve without compensation, though legislators receive standard per diem and travel reimbursement; governor-appointed members require Senate confirmation
