Replaces the designated newspaper as Louisiana's Official Journal of the State with a website established and maintained by the commissioner of administration, effective July 1, 2027

Requires all laws and joint resolutions to be accessible on the Official Journal website within 60 days after final adjournment of the legislative session and remain accessible for at least one year

Mandates boards and commissions submit meeting notices, minutes, audio/video recordings, membership information, employee data, financial records, and rules to the commissioner for publication on the Official Journal website

Expands the definition of covered entities to include all boards and commissions as defined in R.S. 42:1124.2.1(D)(1)(a)(i), including their committees, subcommittees, and panels

Authorizes the legislature to publish advertisements, public notices, or proclamations on its own website, except for notices required by the Louisiana Constitution
