Increases license fees for most categories from $25 to $35 (referees, managers, announcers, contestants, seconds), while reducing boxing promoter fees from $500 to $250 and increasing wrestling/mixed technique promoter fees from $250 to $500

Establishes a mandatory 8-foot "safety zone" around the ring or cage at events, with access controlled exclusively by the commission

Increases commissioner salaries from $4,300 to $6,000 annually and establishes per diem payments up to $150 per day for commission meetings and official activities (maximum 10 days per month)

Expands professional wrestling event exemptions to venues with capacity up to 1,000 persons (previously 400), while adding a $250 fee for notice submission approval and review
