Establishes the "Louisiana Medical Freedom Act" prohibiting state, parish, and local governments from requiring medical interventions (including vaccinations) as a condition of employment, public building entry, services, public assistance, or licensure

Prohibits businesses from requiring medical interventions as a term of employment or denying services, products, admission, or transportation based solely on a person's medical intervention status

Bans businesses and government entities from requiring face masks, face shields, or facial coverings, with exceptions for healthcare providers and workplaces where such equipment is required for occupational or laboratory safety under Louisiana Department of Health standards

Establishes statutory damages of at least $5,000 per violation for government or business entities that violate the law, plus any other available legal remedies

Allows prevailing parties in enforcement actions to recover reasonable expenses incurred from litigation
