Planned communities, condominium associations, and lessors are prohibited from adopting or enforcing provisions that outlaw or restrict individuals from displaying a removable, portable U.S. flag

Reasonable restrictions on the size, time, place, and manner of displaying the U.S. flag are still permitted

Injunctive relief is available for violations, with court costs and reasonable attorney fees awarded when relief is granted

Applies prospectively only to new covenants, declarations, contractual provisions, leases, or rental agreements created after the Act's effective date
