Louisiana manufacturers or brewers with facilities entirely in-state may sell or serve their finished products directly to consumers at farmer's markets and similar venues defined by the commissioner

Brewers must notify the commissioner at least five days before the initial date of selling at a farmer's market

Products sold at farmer's markets must be priced consistently with current prices in that geographical area

Existing restrictions remain in place for on-premises sales at brewing facilities, capped at 10% of monthly production or 250 barrels, whichever is greater

Brewers selling to the public must remit all state, parish, and municipal sales and excise taxes and comply with local zoning laws
