Modifies polling place consolidation procedures during emergencies, allowing the Secretary of State to certify consolidation or multiple polling places at single locations when facilities are destroyed, inaccessible, or unsafe

Increases voting machine allocation thresholds from 1,400 to 1,800 registered voters for three-machine precincts and adjusts the four-machine threshold accordingly

Establishes that intentionally making false written statements in attestations required by the Election Code constitutes perjury, punishable under R.S. 14:123, with various sections becoming effective August 1, 2025 or January 1, 2026
