Creates the "Acadiana Regional Airport and LeMaire Memorial Airport District" as a political subdivision of Louisiana, subject to approval by majority vote of the Iberia Parish Council and the Federal Aviation Administration

Establishes a seven-member board of commissioners appointed by the Iberia Parish Council, with two members from New Iberia and one from Jeanerette, serving five-year terms without compensation

Grants the district authority to acquire, operate, and control Acadiana Regional Airport and LeMaire Memorial Airport, including all terminals, runways, hangars, parking facilities, and related infrastructure

Transfers to the district all existing leases, concessions, contracts, financial obligations, revenue bonds, cash balances, and movable assets from the current Iberia Parish Airport Authority upon FAA approval

Requires the district to submit an annual financial report to the Iberia Parish Council within 120 days of each calendar year end, and requires Iberia Parish Council approval for any tax levies
