Exempts two-story buildings occupied by a single tenant with employees regularly inside from annual inspection requirements, but requires these buildings to undergo full-load safety testing every five years (effective July 1, 2028)

Establishes a $150 initial and renewal fee for conveyance device inspection licensing, with inspectors receiving a certificate of operation from the fire marshal for devices that pass inspection

Authorizes the fire marshal to order compliance when owners fail to meet requirements or when inspectors report inoperable or non-compliant conveyance devices, with warnings issued before penalties

Exempts private outdoor recreational structures from these conveyance device regulations
