Renames the Louisiana Workforce Commission to "Louisiana Works" and expands its mission to include integrated case management, job training, employment programs, vocational rehabilitation, independent living services, blind services, unemployment, workers' compensation, and certain family support programs

Transfers the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP), Kinship Care Subsidy Program, and workforce development programs from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to Louisiana Works, effective October 1, 2027

Transfers the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) administration, including fraud detection and the Fraud Detection Fund, from DCFS to the Louisiana Department of Health, effective October 1, 2025

Transfers the Disability Determination Services (DDS) program from DCFS to the Louisiana Department of Health, which will become the direct recipient of federal Social Security Administration funding for the program

Requires Louisiana Works to reduce at least 40 employees from its July 1, 2024 count through natural attrition by July 1, 2027, and mandates interagency agreements between departments to ensure continued TANF funding for child protection and welfare services
