Appropriates $220,424,711 for FY 2025-2026 to fund Louisiana's judiciary, including the Supreme Court ($98,992,224), Courts of Appeal ($57,456,861), District Courts ($59,115,162), and other courts ($4,860,464)

Requires a $11,873,382 reduction to State General Fund appropriations, to be allocated by the Judicial Budgetary Control Board or Supreme Court

Adds $540,000 in targeted funding: $390,000 for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and $150,000 for Families in Need of Services (FINS)

Appropriates $6,000,000 from the Modernization and Security Fund for Supreme Court technology and security improvements, including $2,125,000 for IT infrastructure replacement, $1,825,000 for courthouse security projects, and $1,100,000 for security fencing

Effective July 1, 2025, representing a net increase from $208,551,329 (FY 2024-2025) to $215,091,329 (FY 2025-2026) in total judiciary funding
