Increases maximum clinic service copayment fees from $5 to $25 per clinic service and from $5 to $25 per pharmacy service, with total maximum per visit rising from $10 to $50

Authorizes the Louisiana Department of Health to publish fee schedules through administrative rulemaking and requires posting of current fee schedules in each parish health unit and on the department's website

Effective upon signature by the governor or upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
