Appropriates $94,514,289 from the state general fund and $24,785,375 from self-generated funds for FY 2025-2026 to cover expenses of the Louisiana Legislature, including the House, Senate, Legislative Auditor, Legislative Fiscal Office, Legislative Budgetary Control Council, and Louisiana State Law Institute

Allocates $32,998,300 to the House of Representatives and $28,117,511 to the Senate for salaries, allowances, per diem, mileage, committee expenses, renovations, technology systems, and other operational costs

Provides $15,295,000 from state general funds plus $24,785,375 in self-generated funds to the Legislative Auditor, with authority to collect reimbursement from auditees for services rendered

Increases allocation to Legislative Fiscal Office by $350,000 (from $3,441,600 to $3,791,600) and to Legislative Budgetary Control Council by $1,142,977 (from $11,970,000 to $13,112,977) compared to FY 2024-2025

Requires all unexpended and unencumbered funds to be returned to the state general fund by October 1, 2026, with the Act becoming effective July 1, 2025
