LA HB69

Expands the boundaries of the Delmont Neighborhood Crime Prevention District in East Baton Rouge Parish beyond the original Delmont Neighborhood Subdivision

Replaces the previous boundary definition (coterminous with the subdivision plat) with a specific perimeter description using major roadways including North Foster Drive, Airline Highway, Interstate-110, Scenic Highway, Plank Road, and Sherwood Street

Amends R.S. 33:9097.40(B) to establish the new enlarged district boundaries

Becomes effective upon the governor's signature or upon expiration of the signing period if not signed
